To do a simple neck stretch, tuck your chin toward your neck, and then slowly raise your chin toward the ceiling. Other stretches, such as rotating your head by looking out over one shoulder, then slowly turning your head to look over the other shoulder will also help to keep muscles loose in your neck and shoulders. Making small adjustments such as raising the phone to eye level, taking frequent breaks, standing up straight and frequent arching and stretching can help to prevent neck pain while texting or bending to look at devices.
